1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Trademark Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, size guides, arch contour profiles, and pricing. Independent Footwear Brand Notice: Vyxa Sole is an independent comfort and orthotic-style footwear retailer. Vyxa Sole is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Archies Footwear, Bared Footwear, Frankie4, Hoka (Deckers Outdoor Corp), OOFOS, Birkenstock, or Vionic. Any comparative references are made strictly for functional specification, sizing context, and technical descriptions. Vyxa Sole reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Non-Medical Podiatric Disclaimer & Adaptation Period

Non-Medical Podiatric Disclaimer: Vyxa Sole footwear and recovery slides are consumer comfort products designed for daily cushioning, ergonomic arch cradling, and post-exercise relaxation. They are not medical diagnostic devices, custom-cast clinical prescription orthotics, or surgical treatments, and make no therapeutic claims to cure chronic plantar fasciitis, heal calcaneal bone spurs, or rectify severe structural limb length discrepancies. Biomechanical Adaptation Period: Footwear featuring pronounced arch contours may require an initial 3 to 5-day gradual indoor adaptation period for foot musculature adjustment. Individuals diagnosed with severe peripheral neuropathy, diabetes, or rigid foot deformities should consult a certified podiatrist before changing footwear. Vyxa Sole is not liable for temporary foot soreness resulting from improper size selection or abrupt transitions to high-arch footwear.
